District Sports Hall in Radomsko

At the request of the District Office in Radomsko, we implemented the investment of building the District Sports Hall in Radomsko.
We implemented the investment in the Design and Build formula. We developed design documentation and construction. The investment is located in a partial conservation protection zone of the spatial layout of the city center.

• The scope of construction included, among others:
  – Preparation of multi-discipline documentation,
  – Obtaining a building permit,
  – Comprehensive construction of the hall building with installations and sports equipment,
  – Construction of exits, internal roads, parking lots and fencing,
  – Land development with technical infrastructure and connections,
  – Obtaining an occupancy permit.
