Your responsibilities
comprehensive implementation of investment tasks
supervision over the timeliness and quality of construction works performed in accordance with the requirements of construction law and construction practice
developing a budget and project implementation schedule
coordination of construction works in the scope of ongoing projects, including the process of ordering works and construction materials
organization and supervision of the work of subcontractors and employees
reporting on budget execution and timeliness of works
cooperation with the Company’s Management Board, the Investor and public administration bodies in the implementation of the Investment
Our expectations
higher education in construction
building qualifications to manage works in the construction specialty without restrictions
experience as a construction manager in the implementation of at least 2 construction works in a public utility building with a volume of at least 1,000 m3 (each)
experience in the implementation of construction works in buildings entered in the register of monuments or records of monuments in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Monuments and the implementation of public investments will be additionally rewarded
practical knowledge of construction law and technical regulations regarding the execution and reception of works
category B driving license
very good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
ability to effectively organize work time
availability, readiness for business trips
commitment, dynamism in action
