In Łódź, we built 50 apartments in a modern apartment building. It is a multi-family residential building with an underground garage, equipped with a passenger elevator and a transformer station. In addition to construction, our task was to obtain an occupancy permit.

• The investment consists:
  – Apartments of various sizes from 29 to 69 m²,
  – Number of apartments: 50,
  – Commercial premises on the ground floor (2 pcs): 164.62 m²,
  – Storage rooms: 34.18 m²,
  – Garage area (level -1, ground floor): 1493.62 m²,
  – Cubature: 19,478.39 m³.
