On behalf of the Anna Maria Pediatric Hospital in Łódź The SKB company carried out works including the revitalization of the historic complex of the former pediatric Anna Maria Pediatric Hospital at Piłsudskiego St 71. The works included a thorough reconstruction. The buildings gained new installations, walls, ceilings and plasters. We also reconstructed the local power grid and provided an efficient alternative energy source in the event of a failure at the Dr. J. Korczak Pediatric Center. The roofs were replaced and the original doors and windows were renovated. We also built two connectors between buildings 12-18 and 18-19.
The works were carried out on historic buildings from the beginning of the 20th century, made of red brick, typical of neo-Gothic buildings. Effects of work at the Dr. J. Korczak Pediatric Center were positively assessed by the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Łódź.
