Budynek Główny Dworca Łódź Kaliska znajduje się obecnie na etapie wykonywania robót wykończeniowych. Prace obejmują układanie płytek oraz kładzenie betonu architektonicznego. Rozpoczęto także montaż sufitów podwieszanych, a jednocześnie zakończono montaż świetlika i ślusarki aluminiowej. Na parkingu Północnym ułożona została kostka brukowa, a także rozpoczęto montaż szkleń do szybów windowych.
